Refund & Cancellation Policy

DW Program SPA is offered as an annual program. Pricing, payment schedules, and any installment arrangements are provided after inquiry.

Before Enrollment

Submitting an inquiry is free and does not create a payment obligation.

Annual Program Payments

Once enrolled, payment terms will be stated before participation begins. Because the program reserves time, space, planning, and limited availability, payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions are not automatically refundable. DW Program SPA may offer rescheduling when reasonable and available, but rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Provider Cancellation

If DW Program SPA cancels a session, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule, provide a replacement session, or offer an appropriate credit.

Participant Cancellation

If you need to cancel participation, contact DW Program SPA in writing as soon as possible. Refunds, credits, or transfers are handled case by case unless written enrollment terms say otherwise.

No Guaranteed Results

Refunds are not provided based on lack of a specific personal result, outcome, or subjective experience.
